Looking at my work so far the colour that stuck out to me most was red. My GPS drawings lines were typically in the colour red as this stands out against the background, I feel the colour red is important within my work at the moment.
This reminded me of the conference Outside: Activating Cloth to Enhance the Way We Live.Lesley Millar wrote a a paper named 'The Read Thread: A Lifeline? A bloodline?
She talked about how we are all connected by read thread, she played with the ideas of red as a colour and the word read,
"Find the thread that ties a memory to our own"
"you are connected infinitely long, tangled, it wont break, you cant always see it'
